How do I set up my first event?

Download the app (free on iOS and Android), create your event, add guest names, choose which media types guests can submit, and set an expiry date — it takes about two minutes. Your first event is completely free, no credit card needed.

Can guests access the event without the app?

Guests tap their personalised invite link and it opens MementoBook on their phone — they create a free account and can contribute in under a minute. At your venue, guests can also walk up to your kiosk tablet and contribute without installing anything on their own device.

How long does video compilation take?

Minutes after your event wraps. We auto-stitch every contribution — kiosk or remote — into one keepsake video automatically, and it appears in your gallery ready to watch, share, and download.

Is it really free?

Yes — the app is free to download and your first event is completely free, with no subscription. You keep 3 months of free storage and can download everything to keep forever.

Who can see the memories?

Only you and your event. Everything is private by default — contributions go straight to the host's gallery and are never public.
